One beautiful Friday afternoon after work, I went to explore the beer landscape. The not too long journey took me to the border of the Silesian and Lesser Poland Voivodeships, to Bieruń. I don’t associate Bieruń with many things, but two are very important. The Browar Hajer team comes from here, and the beautiful Mr. Dawid lives there (greetings!), whom you could meet behind the taps of Brokreacja at various festivals. At the end of 2023, a new brewery started brewing there. And I am inviting you to it today – this is the City Brewery Bieruń.
