Our adventure with brewing beer began with making home-made beers over 10 years ago. From the very beginning, we placed particular emphasis on the quality of the beers we produced, and thanks to this and our systematic approach (we brewed over 200 brews), we learned the brewing process in-depth. Recognition of the quality and taste of beer among our friends, and at their persuasion, we decided to brew beer commercially on a larger scale. In this endeavor, help came from friendly breweries who shared the necessary information and allowed us to participate in several brewing processes. After over four years of intense work and numerous sacrifices, we finally achieved our goal.
We approach the production of craft beers without compromise. The ingredients used are only of natural origin of the highest quality from well-known and respected producers. The water used to produce our beers, coming from a local intake in Oborniki Śląskie, is also distinguished by the highest quality in terms of purity and mineral content. This state of affairs is certainly influenced by the area, which is highly forested, and Oborniki Śląskie itself, thanks to its climate and air quality, was called the “green lungs of Wrocław”.
