Browar Stu Mostów is the first classic craft brewery in Wrocław, founded by Arletta and Grzegorz Ziemian. It was established in 2014 with the intention of producing the best quality craft beer (the entire production process can be observed from the mezzanine where our Taproom is located!). The beer and gastronomic offer of the Brewery is complemented by the company store and Taproom Stu Mostów, a place where you can both eat delicious food and buy bread, preserves and seasoned meat baked on site, as well as buy beers from not only our offer but also many top ones. foreign breweries.
At the Brewery, we brew beer based on classic technology and very innovative brewing equipment from BrauKon, which is used by the most renowned craft breweries in the world. Our brands that tell their own stories and thus add character to beers are: WRCLW, WILD and cooperative beers. These beers win medals at the most prestigious competitions in Poland, Europe and the USA.
At the same time, we are the most international craft brewery in Poland. We are a leader in terms of the number of international cooperation projects and our beer can be purchased on 3 continents. We were the first in Poland to brew with Americans, Germans and Spaniards. Beyond borders, we promote, among others: WRCLW Schöps beer, which is the wheat symbol of Wrocław. The brewery is a member of the Lower Silesian Chamber of Crafts and the first Polish member of The Brewers Association – the world’s largest organization bringing together craft breweries.
Browar Stu Mostów is located in the former Wodomierz cinema building at ul. Jana Długosza 2. It is in these historic interiors that we continue the beer tradition of Wrocław and share the taste whose strength comes from quality and simplicity!
