Browar Końska Grzywa

We created a small brewery to make our dreams come true, and our children encouraged us to do so ;). The love of horses and the love of beer marked a common path to achieving them. Before it came to professional achievements, it started as an amateur, with brewing in the home kitchen and garage… with a rather skeptical attitude of some household members, but also with the enthusiasm of others 😉 – the children really liked shot-blasting. Our brewing vision manifests itself in striving to implement the idea that “genius lies in simplicity”, we brew with respect for processes and raw materials, the quality of which is our priority. When constructing recipes, we assume that “more does not mean better”. Cheers!
