Schlossbrauerei Cieszyn (Arcyksiążęcy Browar Zamkowy Cieszyn)
The Archduke Brewery Castle Cieszyn is the longest continuously operating brewery in Poland, using equipment from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Thanks to its historical character, it reveals the magic of beer, which has been brewed here continuously since 1846, when the brewery was built on the site of an older brewery from half of the 17th century. The brewery has retained the possibility of decoction and infusion mashing. Beer in the Cieszyn brewery ferments and matures in separate cellars, each of which is distinguished by its own microclimate. We only have open fermentation vats, thanks to which we can observe the beer being made. The production process in the Cieszyn brewery is in accordance with the principle that nature must not be rushed or disturbed.
