HOPPY LAB is a brewery created by a group of friends who share a common passion for beer. In order to share with you their taste and authoritative interpretations of the world’s most interesting beer styles, they have undertaken the task of transforming an old bakery into a modern brewery. This is where they will smear malt, boil wort, yeast, in a word – they will create a kind of hop laboratory. All this is to be able to enjoy the nose, the taste buds and the soul of the most interesting varieties of hops balanced with a sweet note of golden malt.
