Being a living beer, Nemţeana has the taste of the past that will certainly awaken, from the first sip, the longing for fields of ripe grain, clear spring water on a hot summer day and grandfather’s hard working hand.
Artisans of beer
Nemțeana is living proof that passion can be born and passed on from generation to generation like a precious inheritance. The history of our sparkling drink, with an intense and bitter taste, must be sought in older times, when everything that was most valuable was obtained with effort and only from the generosity of nature.
Part of the family
Our beer was born from the passion of a man, our grandfather, named simply and musically, Jorj. His respect and love for family inspired our desire to do something special and leave a beautiful legacy to those who come after us. That’s why Nemţeana is tastier if it is drunk in the company of loved ones.
Craft and tradition
Grandfather Jorj devotedly took care of his vineyard, from the first shoots until late autumn, when the wine was put into barrels to sleep deeply. Like him, we carefully handle the five natural ingredients from which the beer will later draw its energy: malt, orzoaica, pure water, hops and brewer’s yeast.
