In the last 10 years I spent some time in Canada, East Coast, Nova Scotia, Cape Breton.
There I met a lot of beers in the “Canadian” style. I also had the opportunity to build up his brewery with a Canadian friend and to be present at the first days of bride and to brew as an “assistant”.
Now back home in Switzerland, the need for a good beer, where you know what’s in it, became stronger and stronger and then in 2016 the first steps were made.
In 2017, the idea has long existed, it has definitely become. Beer brewing and good beer that tastes us “only what we drink ourselves” so Qualitatively simply good. Fresh and not distorted by any additives. It should be crafty and simply good. Malt beer as I know it from many beers everywhere, not only in Switzerland.
And that’s exactly what I’m doing now! Brew good beer! I am glad about every feedback, because learning never stops.
