Ian Puddick bought an Old Bakery in Palmers Green to use as an office for Leakbusters Leak Detection, during the building work conversion, they found out the original Bakers also made illicit Gin, Ian tracked down the original gin recipe which has only 4 Botanicals/Ingredients. The Plumbers have resurrected the once illicit recipe and its now legal and winning awards. Read more...
