Pacific Rim Distilling is a small batch craft distillery operating out of Ucluelet BC. Started by Luke Erridge a fourth-generation distiller. Luke has refined old family recipes that date back to pre-prohibition for the modern palette. Every ingredient that goes into our spirits is from British Columbia, all our spirits are fermented using a wild yeast culture from Barkley Sound. Read more...
