The Shinshu (or Mars Shinshu) Distillery was founded by Hombo Shuzo Co. Ltd in 1985. The distillery was temporarily ceased operation between 1992-2011. In addition to the manufacture of whiskey in the Mars Shinshu distillery, you can also visit the production of Nagano Prefecture of local beer at Komagatake brewery nearbei. Read more...
