Ian Puddick bought an Old Bakery in Palmers Green to use as an office for Leakbusters Leak Detection, during the building work conversion, they found out the original Bakers also made illicit Gin, Ian tracked down the original gin recipe which has only 4 Botanicals/Ingredients. The Plumbers have resurrected the once illicit recipe and its now legal and winning awards. The Distillery is located in The Old Grain Store in Pymmes Mews. On the last of June each Year, we organise and host the Enfield Gin & Rum Festival 22 June 2024 11am 11pm Everything is handmade on the premises, we also handmade bespoke Gin & Rum for other people including the MOD Suppliers to Harrods Fortnum & Mason Buckingham Palace Foreign Office Tower of London
