The family-owned Chase Distillery is housed in a converted hop-kiln barn amongst 400 acres of Herefordshire farmland. The produce Gin and Vodka of their organically grown potatoes and cider apples from the family farm. Each Chase bottle is fermented, distilled, hand-filled and sealed on-site, ensuring a truly single-estate process from seed to bottle.
