Our brewery is located in a modern building on the family farm at Deanshaugh, Amulree, Dunkeld. The custom built brewery consists of the following: A preparation area and a Brew House containing the 10BBL brewplant. A Fermentation Room with three Fermentation vessels and a Conditioning Room with three Conditioning tanks and temperature controlled cask storage area for our finished products. Read more...
