Dawson Distillery is the first legal Moonshine operation in northwest Alabama since prohibition. Our Moonshine family legacy began on an old dirt road in the Foot Hills of North Alabama with the oldest mountain spring water around which supplied the oldest known dwelling east of the Mississippi river known as Lagrange Rock Shelter.
