Wild Hare Distillery is a small batch producer of DROVE Spirits. When you visit our distillery and tasting room, Wendy or Jim will walk you through our award-winning process. The tour is about 35 to 45 minutes, depending on questions, and they love questions! The warehouse is hot when the stills are running so be sure to wear appropriate clothes and shoes.

The tasting itself is an experience that takes time. You are encouraged to savor the distinct flavors slowly. Wendy will walk you through how to taste the spirit and what compliments them, so that you get the most out of your experience. The tasting room can accommodate 12 people.

Wild Hare Distillery is often fully operational Friday through Sundays from October through May. We are open all year.
