Sackbut Brewing and Barrelwerks is Fresno’s smallest handcrafted, artisanal nanobrewery, specializing in the composition of Belgian-styled, barrel/wood aged, sour and seasonal beers with regular availability of a number of old standards such as single, double, and triple IPA’s, as well as hefeweizens and pilseners, with some occasional “one-off” beers. At SB&B, we believe that craft beer has an important place in “beer fellowship.” Enjoying great beer with friends leads to great stories and the development of strong bonds of friendship between friends and even strangers. Have you ever noticed that the better the beer, the better and more intense the stories and friendships become? When great craft beer is shared with others, tongues wag and tales flow freely. SB&B beers are meant to be enjoyed with irreverency. Just think about being in a dank, damp pub with many wooden benches where people saunter in, order a tankard, and sit next to some smelly townsperson talking boastfully of one thing or another.
