Craft Distilling – It’s not about drinking… it’s about the experience of savoring the subtle flavors created in small-batch craft distilling. It’s about learning how this ancient craft uses locally sourced ingredients and returns waste products back to local farms.
Our adjacent 1000 sq ft Art Gallery and Gift Shop offers tasting glasses, t-shirts, hats, etc. bearing the Oakhurst Spirits logo, along with fine art created by local and internationally known artists.
Owners Mike and Ally Benbrook have 30+ years experience in business, owning a manufacturing business near San Diego, and operating an art gallery in Balboa Park. Mike is a retired USN Chief Petty Officer. They believe in sourcing all their raw materials from local businesses, and have been active as Rotarians and donors to local schools. They look forward to this same involvement in our mountain community in and around Oakhurst.
