A first-of-its-kind site for brewing and winemaking, CoLab takes its name from the collaborative spirit of the craftspeople who call it home. Our partners include a trio of award-winning craft brewers: Barrel & Stave Brewing, Breakwater Brewing, and Laguna Beer Company, alongside local urban winery sensation Propaganda Wines and foodie favorite Baby’s Badass Burgers.
