Talnua Distillery

Talnua. Our name is born of the Irish-Gaelic words ‘Talamh’, meaning ‘Land’, and ‘Nua’, meaning ‘New’. In a word, it’s our story, and tells of our passion for bringing an old-world style of distilling to the new land that is America. Our sigil shows our native Big Horn Ram on the Flatirons of Colorado’s Front Range. It is looking back on a triskele moon, which represents the Irish-Gaelic old world, home to the distilling traditions we honor.
Faugh a Ballagh. Our motto means ‘Clear the Way’ for the new American Single Pot Still and explore a whole new world of character and flavor.
