Aggregation Distilling

Aggregation Distilling’s goal is to bring together the history, mystique and nostalgia of distilled spirits with the best the Nature Coast has to offer.
Our distilling will be based on the principles of authenticity (we will distill our own spirits), purity (we will only use pure, natural ingredients – no flavor additives or accelerated aging) and quality (we will source only the finest ingredients). Aggregation Distilling Co. will produce our premium and ultra-premium spirits on-site incorporating the pure spring water flowing beneath the distillery to Crystal River’s first magnitude springs.
We are a small group of Citrus County families and friends who care deeply about what we leave behind: the legacy it creates for our children, our communities, and the generations to come. We are not a large corporation, or a faceless organization, rather we are ‘doers’ and achievers who work hard to leave this world a little better each day we are in it.
ADC will source from Florida farmers and growers to the greatest extent possible to create our spirits. Our focus will be on distilling whiskey, bourbon, rum, gin and arancello (and having some fun while we are doing it!).
