Big Creek Distilling Co. is a family owned and operated craft distillery. The Ponder Family comes from a lineage of entrepreneurs, paving a way for their family to come. When the Father and Son team, Ken and Lee Ponder, decided to begin their own new adventure, Dahlonega quickly became the destination. Big Creek Distilling Co. was founded in 2020 with the goal to create a distilling destination and experience for Georgians and all alike. After much renovation and innovation, the distillery now proudly offers in-house Georgia distilled spirits, handcrafted cocktails, and a state of the art production facility and entertainment location. Stop in and enjoy yourself, because when you’re at Big Creek you’re a part of the family.
