Bob Windy and Jeff Yosowitz, the distillery plans to have a public tasting room where visitors may view the entrancing copper still and the wonders of spirit distillation and production. Curious visitors may sample Star Union Spirits’ delicious hand-crafted spirits along with artisanal cocktails created by the staff mixologist.
Star Union Spirits will offer facility tours where they will illuminate the art of farm-to-bottle processes and host other exciting cultural events.
