Seven Three Distilling Co. proudly celebrates the perseverance of New Orleans’ most colorful and culturally diverse neighborhoods. NOLA’s storied city blocks are the true inspiration behind our distinctive line of distilled spirits such as Bywater Bourbon, Gentilly Gin, St. Roch Rum and Irish Channel Whiskey. Seven Three’s raison d’etre is simply this, to provide quality offerings that capture perfectly the unmistakable flavor of this truly unique American city.
Seven Three is working with local farmers to source corn and wheat in Erwinville for our Bourbon; cane from Labadieville for our rum and agricole rum; and rice from Opelousas for our future experimental rice whiskey.

Join us for a distillery tour and learn about craft distillation, artisanal spirits and the history of our storied neighborhood. Whether you’re a NOLA local, a day-tripper or visiting from far and wide, we can’t think of a more pleasant way to enjoy an afternoon with friends.
The 30-minute tour begins with the intriguing history and tradition of distilling in New Orleans. Learn how distillation evolved along with the other pleasures that made this wonderful city famous, and absorb the history of our celebrated neighborhood, Old Treme. Your knowledgeable spirit guide will then lead you into our production area, where you'll get an overview of our process and equipment, learn exactly what goes into making each bottle of fine spirits, and get up close and personal with our mash tun, bottling line and unique, custom-built double pot still.
Tours conclude in our tasting room with a guided tasting designed to help you learn how to approach and appreciate spirits. You’ll enjoy a selection of delicious Seven Three spirits all made here at the distillery.
