Creating Handcrafted Spirits out of Bethel NY. Our facility includes the Dancing Cat Saloon and the Catskill Distilling Company. We make our spirits with locally grown ingredients from this rich agricultural county. The property is a couple fields away from the site of the original 1969 Woodstock concert and makes a great road trip to see ground zero of the 60’s hippie movement and check out an incredible distillery.
