Cooperstown Distillery is family owned. We produce and sell small batch, hand-crafted spirits. Our spirits are all award-winning and produced almost exclusively with New York State grains.
Our 11 Railroad Ave location is busy with production and closed for public tours during the week, but acts as a tasting room seven days a week regardless. Open on weekends for tours, both reserved and walk-in.
Please visit our 73 Main Street tasting room, the Cooperstown Beverage Exchange, open every day with complimentary tastings until 5pm, when it becomes a bar/lounge venue.
Both locations feature a full-service tasting room with an expansive bar area offering free tastings and paid tours on the weekend.
The distillery is complemented with an eclectic retail shop where one can purchase our spirits, barware, bitters, apparel and other gift items.

Come hear our story and see how our spirits are made! Our tour is informative and in-depth. In this up close and personalized experience, we offer a barrel tasting, explore the history of spirit production and discuss how we make our spirits, using New York grains and small town ingenuity!
Includes “back of the house” tour, tasting, and a Cooperstown Distillery shot glass to take home!
2:00 pm Saturday tours are offered year round.
