Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery offers tours, tasting, and sales of handcrafted spirits in the Queensbury area. Nestled within the Foothills of the Adirondack Mountains, our mission is to produce unique, high quality spirits using local grains and fruits in a natural and innovative process. We grind the grain ourselves, distill our own spirits, and label, bottle, and age our products in our renovated horse barn. Some of the spirits we offer include High Rye Bourbon, Two Sisters Vodka, Two Sisters Limoncello/Orangecello, Howl at the Maple Moonshine, Howl at the Apple Moonshine, Sly Fox Gin & more.
