The American Alcohollery makes single sugar spirits. Single sugar spirits are vintage dated sugars from one place and one year. Our only consistency is change. We let the sugars develop and this sugar is used for unique flavors from singular places. Fermentation of sugar is how flavor is developed for distilled spirits.
