Enthralled with the history of mead I dove headfirst into the making of it. After a few semi good attempts, I found fellow mead maker and mentor Diane Currier of Honeygirl Meadery. Diane was so kind to let me volunteer at her place prior to her grand opening and we shared our passion of mead from that day forward. I continued to learn and create and love the whole process of coxing yeast into delicious beverages. Years later here we are. Still learning and still loving the limitless possibilities of mead.
