Icewind Brewing

We’re just off I-94 in Mapleton, ND. Kids and leashed dogs are welcome in our taproom. Icewind Brewing was founded in 2020 by a team of homebrewers. Years ago, these homebrewers had brewed their first small batches in their kitchens. They had learned to love not just the process of making great beer, but the science behind the process. Now, with an unbridled optimism and a sense of adventure, they set out with goals that are both simple and audacious: make world-class beverages and create a fun, community gathering spot. Using quality ingredients, they’ve adapted innovative brewing processes, to make both classic and experimental beer styles. Has it worked? Come try a pint and you be the judge.
