III Spirits Distillery

III Spirits Distillery has been the long time dream of Todd Kemp, former brewer and wine maker. Todd and Alex Turner met at an F-class target rifle match and decided to team up start III Spirits. Todd’s passion for brewing and attention to detail in all fermentation disciplines along with Alex’s expertise in engineering and all things mechanical and a passion for fine food and beverages are the perfect combination. We are presently filling as many 5, 10, 15, 30 & 60 gallon barrels as we can. Since whiskey seems to get better and better the longer it is stored in quality French, American and Hungarian barrels, there’s no time like the present to get busy filling barrels with malt, corn, rye, wheat and several blends of whiskey. We are truly an artisan, micro-distillery. We use a 275 gallon mash tun, 60 gallon oak fermenters and a 28 gallon still that can be operated as a wash still or spirit still with a highly efficient 4 tray rectifying column. We never re-brand or re-package someone else spirits. We make, store, process and package every in our tiny 750 square foot distillery.
