Join us in Happy Holler for a new adventure from the creators of Abridged Beer Company. Take a seat between the barrels to challenge your taste buds and explore our exciting selection of oak-aged beers, craft cocktails, spirits, and wine with a flavorful food menu to set it all off.
The rotating beer list includes eight mixed-culture sour beers, some barrel-aged stouts and quads you will find only at The Oak Room, and a selection of IPAs and lagers from our brewpub!
Our signature cocktails pay homage to the classics while featuring ingredients we barrel-age onsite, including syrups, sours, and our house-made bitters. We have an extensive list of Bourbon, Rye, Scotch, Tequila, Mezcal, and Rum available for neat pours.
