(512) Brewing is an Austin based microbrewery dedicated to organic and locally sourced ingredients. We buy more USDA Organic malted barley than anyone in Texas (400 tons in 2016). Home to the original Pecan Porter and our heavy hitting (512) IPA, we strive to produce high quality delicious beers for our neighbors and friends throughout Texas. We’re COMPLETELY Independent of big beer interests, we self-distribute our beer and we’re draft focused. All this means we can better control beer quality because we oversee every step of the process from grain to glass.
