Ash & Ember Brewing was founded on the ideals of friendship, community and tradition. Our founders have been brewing tasty, award winning beers together since 2013. What started as a passionate hobby of two home brewers has turned into a great adventure of creating craft beers that remain true to their styles.
Home is where the towers are – nestled in historic Cedar Hill, Texas, our custom-built taproom offers a unique experience of fresh, quality beers on tap as well as to-go crowlers and growlers. We are a small, family-friendly brewery with the feel of an old-time English pub. Think of us as the “Cheers” of Cedar Hill – a small brewpub where locals and visitors can come together.
The tap-list rotates, but we are dedicated to finding the right high-quality ingredints to hand craft fresh and unique beers that revive timeless flavors and offer a unique community experience.
