We mash in, ferment, distill, bottle and label various Moonshine types, a Fruit Brandy, and soon Bourbon Whiskey’s and other Specialty Spirit’s, all in-house. Our aging will occur in new medium charred oak micro barrels from our trusted supplier ranging from 3L to 20L based on the aging duration.
