Our very first spirit on the market is our Joe's Pond Gin, made for sipping. Named in honor of that central Vermont institution of relaxation and outdoor life, Joe's Pond Gin embodies our passion for making every spirit an experience to be enjoyed neat, as well as the finest ingredient in your favorite cocktail.

Joe's Pond Gin begins with our delicate white rum, made from incredibly flavorful Louisiana turbinado sugar & molasses. The subtle sweetness & rich texture of this rum base is elevated by ten painstakingly researched & tested botanicals–many of them sourced from local Vermont herb farms. Each floral & herbal ingredient in our gin recipe plays a role in every sip.

Raw ingredients come to our Vermont distillery where we treat them with care as we distill their essence and then prepare each bottle by hand. Everything you taste and enjoy in each bottle of Joe's Pond Gin was designed and created by us.
