We are a small batch craft distillery, making high quality spirits using local organic grains and unique flavors from farmers participating in Fair Trade.
Co-owners Naomi and Craig met in graduate school in 1995 where they studied public health. For 20 years their careers have focused on engaging communities to tap innate strengths and mobilize the seemingly limited resources to tackle public health problems through innovative approaches.
Wild Hart Distillery infuses spirits made from Vermont grown grains with local and international fruits and herbs to create unique and tasty hand crafted flavors. By working directly with Vermont farmers and Fair Trade participating farmers we obtain high quality products while supporting local agriculture and economic development. In this way, Naomi and Craig develop tasty unique spirits and continue their work promoting community engagement and development.
