Our brewer. He started brewing beers on the sly at home, before he could legally drink them. At the age of 14, you could find him with the book “Beer and Malt Technology”. He picked up his passion for beer from his father – Tomek Senior. He’s been running around our brewhouse since he was 18. A̶b̶s̶o̶l̶w̶e̶n̶t̶ of the Faculty of Food Technology in Olsztyn – he he. He’s quite a creative guy. He can make beats on a computer and brew a great Pils. After the brewery moved, he can finally mess around with beers.
