Önzer-Bräu is a small brewery in Niederönz Canton Bern. The first beer we brewed in July 2010, in a “Chäschessi”. What started small is now still small, the “Chäschessi” has been replaced with a 100 liter brewing bucket, which now allows us to produce about 60 liters of beer per brewing.
